Processing Time: This is the time required to prepare and customize your order. Each Diyoutfit item is uniquely made-to-order. The estimated processing time for every piece can be found on its respective product page.

Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our facility and delivered to you.
To estimate when you will receive your order, simply add the processing time to the shipping time. This will give you a better understanding of when to expect your purchase.
Understanding Processing Time
The time it takes to process your order can vary significantly depending on the specific product you've selected. Here's what you need to know:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will not only confirm that your order is on its way but will also include your shipment's tracking number. Return & Refund Policy
We will take full return & replacement responsibility within 30 days from order arrival, if the product(s)
1. Have been crashed, damaged or faulty due to the fault of our factory or the carrier;
2. Significantly different from what you ordered, eg. your customized information is printed incorrectly.
CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellation before the product is produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already produced.
RETURN
We accept return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
Please contact our customer service to confirm your problem and take the return address before you make any decision. If you return the item without our confirmation, we cannot assure that it will be returned successfully to our return address and we will NOT refund it in this case.
Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and we will not take responsibility for any return package without a confirmation or notice from us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via the mail that is shown on the website's footer for more information. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Contact our Customer Service to get the return address before you make any decision. Please do not refuse the delivery or send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and we will NOT take any responsibility for any return package without a confirmation letter or notice from us.

REFUNDS
Any unsuccessful delivery due to any customers’ mistakes on shipping address or customers’ unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund. We will NOT refund in case you REFUSE to receive it either.
The shipping fee will NOT be refundable once items have been shipped.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (3 - 10 business days) before a refund is posted.
